ABOUT HUNT
About HUNT
AI personas for unpaid invoices, with your team’s judgment and client relationships at the center.
What is HUNT?
HUNT is an early-access product building AI personas to follow up on unpaid invoices for B2B service firms. It brings persona configuration, invoice records, conversation context and human controls together, with attention to client relationships.
HUNT is for agencies, consultancies, IT service providers and other B2B firms that invoice companies. A named AI persona provides a consistent voice; invoice records and recorded exchanges provide context. Authority settings, approvals and pause controls keep sensitive decisions with your team.
For an evaluation checklist, read what to look for in AI invoice follow-ups. For a practical operating routine, start with accounts receivable for agencies.
What can you use today?
HUNT is in early access. Persona configuration, invoice management and recorded conversations are available in the workspace. Live AI outreach and reply delivery are still in development.
| Area | What it covers | Current status |
|---|---|---|
| AI persona configuration | Define a name, role, tone, signature and authority boundaries for a consistent customer-facing voice. The persona does not claim to be human. | Workspace capability; live outreach is in development. |
| Invoice records | Create invoices with line items, tax and discounts; review CSV, Excel and text-based PDF imports; record payments, allocations and credit notes. | Workspace capability. |
| Conversation context and human controls | Keep invoice balances and recorded exchanges together. Review exceptions, pause follow-ups or take over a conversation. Financial decisions remain subject to authority and approval settings. | Workspace controls; demo conversations are scripted. |
| Cash-flow planning | Explore 13-week and 12-month forecasts using the cash, income, expense and receivables inputs you provide. Projections depend on your assumptions. | Workspace capability; forecasts are estimates. |
| Live outreach and reply delivery | Sending live invoice follow-ups and delivering live replies through the persona workflow. | In development. The public demo sends no messages. |
Request early access through the homepage signup form. The public product demo uses sample data. Access to that demo is separate from the availability of live outreach.

How we prepare the HUNT guides
The blog and payment question library help service firms make practical decisions about invoices, payment conversations and cash planning. Guides are prepared with AI assistance and published by HUNT. The HUNT byline identifies the publishing organization.
- Start with a useful task. Each guide addresses a distinct need, such as resolving a rejected invoice, writing a reminder or reconciling an aging report. Related guides supply the next step.
- Make evidence inspectable. Supporting sources are linked in context and listed with notes. Source-specific rules, jurisdiction limits and accounting conventions are identified where they matter.
- Label original examples. Worked invoices, forecasts, names and amounts are illustrative. They are not HUNT customer results. Marketing artwork depicts fictional scenes.
- Keep product claims current. Educational workflows describe practices a team can adopt. Product availability is stated separately, including the limits of the scripted demo.
- Keep dates meaningful. Publication dates identify the original release. Modification dates change with substantive editorial updates. Source-review dates record when the cited material was checked; rebuilding the site does not refresh them.
Templates are starting points to adapt to your agreement, records and client context. Legal remedies and accounting treatment can depend on your jurisdiction and circumstances; consult the appropriate adviser for decisions that require professional review.
